the location was so lit, easy to find n close to everything fun like the london eye. room was super spacious n comfy, felt like home with the kitchen area. major shoutout to leah who was really helpful n remembered me from check in, she even got my bag when i needed it. u gotta love a place with great staff like that!
but honestly, the check-in process was a bit weird, n it could use some sprucing up. also, the lobby had this strong smell that was kinda annoying.

Cozy spot near the action!
Had a pretty chill stay! The room was decent, clean, and comfy, but the check-in experience was a mess with a weird display. The location is super handy—walked to main spots easily. Staff were nice but could've been more helpful. their dining options were good, really enjoyed breakfast!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from iconic spots like the London Eye and Big Ben. The tube station across the street made traveling around the city super easy. I liked the friendliness of the staff. they were helpful whenever I had questions. The room felt spacious, especially with the comfortable king-sized bed. I found it disappointing that they didn't clean the room daily. The hard mattresses were also a little uncomfortable for my taste, which made sleeping less enjoyable. While the gym was small, I appreciated having it available. The absence of a phone in the room was an inconvenience since I had to go to the front desk for requests.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, modern decor and the spacious lobby area, which was very welcoming. The easy access to the nearby Lambeth North tube station made exploring London so convenient for my family and me.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be beneficial.

We had a great time visiting the London Eye and enjoying a morning stroll along Westminster Bridge. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious, and having a kitchenette was a real bonus. Just a heads up, check in can be a bit hectic, so plan for that!

The location is exceptionally convenient, just a short walk to major attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben, making sightseeing effortless. The free high-speed wifi was a great addition for planning outings, and having a supermarket and a cafe nearby made quick meals easy, especially enjoying the meal deal. the toilet had a persistent odor, and the sink encountered a problem shortly after check-in, which detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant experience.
